Overview

  • Inaccurate Order: The percentage of orders with missing or incorrect items, attributed to your location operations.

  • Error Charges: Charges applied due to inaccuracies in orders delivered to the customers.

  • Unfulfilled Order: The percentage of orders which are unfulfilled out of total orders.

  • Avg. Avoidable Wait: The time between the order being placed and the order being picked up by the courier.
