To get started, log in to Reclaim and select
Alerts in the sidebar.
Alert types
Alerts are grouped into two types: Operation quality and Dispute manager.
Operation quality
You can create alerts for the following performance indicators:
Inaccuracy Rate: Get notified when there are discrepancies in order fulfillment, ensuring timely correction and improved accuracy.
Unfulfilled Rate: Get notified when the rate of unfulfilled orders reaches a critical level, signaling the need for immediate action to address and reduce order fulfillment issues.
M/I Rate: Get notified when the ratio of item errors to total item errors exceeds a set threshold, indicating a need for rectifying order accuracy issues.
Dispute manager
You can create alerts for the following performance indicators:
Dispute Rate: Alerts you when the frequency of disputes with off-premise platforms crosses a predetermined threshold, helping you monitor and manage dispute occurrences effectively.
Pending Disputes: Get notified when the number of unresolved disputes with off-premise platforms reaches a specific threshold, helping you address them in a timely manner.
Dispute Loss Rate: Alerts you when the rate of disputes lost against off-premise platforms increases, signaling a need to review and improve dispute handling strategies.
Manage existing alerts
Select the Manage Alerts tab to edit or delete a user's alerts.
Edit or remove a user's alerts
On the main
Alerts page, select the Edit button for the user.
Change the settings for the alerts, then select the Save changes button. Selecting the
trash icon will delete the alert.
Remove all alerts for a user
On the main
Alerts page, select the
trash icon to remove all alerts for a user. Choose Yes to confirm.
