Reclaim: Dispute Manager

View the status, outcomes, and recovery amounts of disputes.

Reclaim is only available in North America for locations using DoorDash or Grubhub. To request a demo, contact our support team or your Deliverect account manager.

To access, log in to Reclaim and select Dispute Manager in the sidebar.

Overview

Monitor disputes to optimize dispute resolution, minimize losses, and maximize recovery.

Dispute drill-down

Identify the dispute rate, dispute-won rate, and net payouts at location and brand levels for targeted optimization.

Orders

View all disputed orders.

You can customize which disputes are shown by changing the following settings:

  • Status: Show all disputes or ones with a specific status.

  • Overall view: Show both dispute types.

  • Error charges: Show only orders with inaccuracies raised by the customer, for which charges are applied to the location.

  • Third Party & Customer Cancelled: Show only orders cancelled by either the third-party platform or the customer.

Select the Dispute button for an order to view additional details.

You are presented with the following information about the order:

  • Customer name

  • Order ID

  • Date placed

  • Dispute status and reason

  • Order details
