Invite and manage the users of your Reclaim account. Set roles and location permissions to customize what a user can access and perform.
Reclaim is only available in North America for locations using DoorDash or Grubhub. To request a demo, contact our support team or your Deliverect account manager.
Log in to Reclaim and select 
User Access in the sidebar.
Add a new user
Step 1. Select the + Add New User button.
Step 2. Enter details about the new user.
Role: Choose to give the user the Admin or Manager role.
Admin: Unrestricted access to all locations and channels. Admins can add, modify, and remove users.
Manager: Can be restricted to specific locations. Managers can add new Manager users and edit or delete users they have added.
Locations: Choose which locations the user can access.
Name: Enter the user's name.
Email: Enter the user's email address.
Password: Set the user's password.
Dashboard Permissions: Set which parts of Reclaim the user can access. Expand each section to customize further.
Select the Grant Access button to create the user. The user will receive an email containing their password and a link to log in.
Manage an existing user
Select the Actions button for the user. You can choose from the following options:
Edit access
Send phone number reminder
Delete user
Edit access
Change aspects of a user's account.
Role: Change the user's role.
Admin: Unrestricted access to all locations and channels. Admins can add, modify, and remove users.
Manager: Can be restricted to specific locations. Managers can add new Manager users and edit or delete users they have added.
Locations: Change the locations the user can access.
Name: Change the user's name.
Dashboard Permissions: Change which parts of Reclaim the user can access. Expand each section to customize further.
Send phone number reminder
Send the user an email to remind them to provide their phone number. Adding their phone number allows them to receive alerts by SMS.
Delete user
Select this option to remove a user's access from your Reclaim account. Confirm by selecting the Delete user button.
Change your user settings
Select the Actions button for your user profile.
The following options are available:
Add or edit phone
Edit password
View details
Add or edit phone
Receive alerts by SMS by providing your mobile number.
Step 1. Enter your mobile number and select the Generate OTP button.
Step 2. An SMS message is sent to your phone. Enter the verification code and select Verify & Continue.
Edit password
Step 1. Select the Generate OTP button.
Step 2. An email is sent to you containing a verification code. Enter it into the OTP field and select Verify & Continue.
Step 3. Enter and re-enter a new password. Select the Continue button to save this change.
View details
You can view your dashboard permissions and change your name.
