Quest App: Dashboard

The Quest Dashboard provides you with statistics on orders fulfilled using the Quest App. This includes total revenue, scanning rate, and items picked per minute.

How to access

Log in to Deliverect Retail. In the sidebar, select Quest and then Dashboard .

The page is broken up into different tabs: Overview, Pickers, Orders, Stores, and Inventory.

Filter

You can use the filter to customize the information displayed. The following options are available:

  • Locations

  • Location groups

  • Channels

  • Period

Overview

  • Quest orders revenue: Only orders that went through Quest are accounted.

  • Average basket size: Based on Quest orders only.

  • Recapped revenue: Revenue generated from substitutions when an item was unavailable, preventing a "lost revenue" scenario.

  • Lost revenue: Revenue lost due to items being unavailable and not substituted.

  • Perfect order: Orders completed without any substitutions or amendments.

  • Quest performance

    • Revenue: A graph that shows perfect picked orders, substitutions, amendments, removed items, channel rejections, and picked rejections.

    • Orders: A graph that shows perfect picked orders, orders with changes, channel rejections, and picker rejections.

    • Changes: A graph that shows substitutions, amendments, and removed items.

  • Order substitution rate: % of total orders that involved at least one substitution.

  • Order amendments: % of total orders that had items amended.

Pickers

  • Perfect order: Orders completed without any substitutions or amendments.

  • Items picked/min: The average number of items a picker picks per minute.

  • Avg. picking time: The average time taken to pick all items in an order.

  • Picking times: Average time each picker spends per order.

Orders

  • Quest orders: The total number of orders processed through the Quest app.

  • Fulfillment rate: % of orders ordered vs orders delivered.

  • Rejection rate: % of orders that were rejected for various reasons.

  • Error rate: % of orders that had an error.

  • Quest performance (Orders): A graph that shows perfect picked orders, orders with changes, channel rejections, and picker rejections.

  • Rejection reasons: Breakdown of the specific reasons why orders were rejected.

  • Orders: Number of orders per hour.

Stores

  • Active Quest locations: The total number of store locations actively using the Quest app for picking.

  • Total pickers: The total number of pickers registered to locations using Quest.

  • Locations: Average picking performance per location.

  • Stores: Average picking performance per store.

Inventory

  • Item availability: % of items picked vs total items ordered.

  • Scanning rate: % of items scanned vs total items picked.

  • Unavailable items: The number of times an item was removed or marked out of stock.

  • Best sellers: A list of the top-selling items by total quantity sold or revenue generated.
