DMA
Play a notification sound for incoming orders while the app is not running in the foreground to ensure you don't miss them. To activate, select the Apply the changes option for the Push notification sound name setting on the tablet's profile page. Learn more.
Integrations
Careem: Order notes and cutlery information are now supported.
Careem: Orders only delivered by Careem will now receive the estimated courier pickup time.
Heartland: Multi-max options are now supported for modifier groups.
Simphony Gen2: Extension data can now be sent on orders. Contact our support team to activate this on your account.
SkipTheDishes: Your active menus are now viewable at all times on the SkipTheDishes platform. Ordering is restricted to the opening hours set in Deliverect. If you have set up menu availability, this is not active by default and only works once no menu availability is configured.
TCPOS: Sending different order types for the latest version of TCPOS is now supported.
Restaurants
These updates are currently only supported by the following channels: Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats. Access is being gradually rolled out to accounts with at least one of those channels.
Schedules: The overhauled interface allows you to schedule your menus with ease. Configure the availability of multiple menus throughout the week before choosing which stores to schedule them for. Learn more.
Special hours: Close locations or set different opening hours for holidays or other occasions. Save time by copying existing special hours from one location and using them for another. Learn more.
