Before being able to request dispatch partners to deliver your orders, your channels have to be activated for this feature.
Step 1. Go to your Locations page.
Step 2. Expand the location with the channels you want to have dispatch activated.
Step 3. Select the Edit button for the channel.
Step 4. Scroll down to the Dispatch settings section and activate the Use dispatch option. If this is an Online Ordering channel, activate the Use integrated dispatch flow (only for OO) toggle.
Step 5. Select the Save button. These steps can be repeated for additional channels/locations.
