Direct

  • Ordering: To improve accessibility, visitors to your online ordering channels can now verify their identity using their email addresses. This is in addition to the existing methods (SMS, WhatsApp). This feature is being gradually rolled out to all accounts.

Integrations

  • Clover: Product descriptions are now supported when syncing products.

  • DoorDash: Loyalty redemptions from storefront orders are now sent into the discount total when sending an order to the POS.

  • Toast: For ASAP orders, we now send the current time for ‘openedDate’ when injecting orders to Toast.

  • Wolt: An issue relating to unaccounted payments due to courier tips has been resolved.

  • Wolt: Menus for the German market will now include nutritional information and product descriptions in German.

Quest

  • Picking: Items can now be scanned using the device’s camera. Update the Quest app to version 7.40 to gain this functionality. Learn more.

Sentinel

  • Notifications: You can now manage each user’s email notification settings. In the sidebar of Sentinel, select Settings and Users. Select the button to change a user’s preferences. We recommend keeping all email notifications enabled to help you identify potential revenue leaks quickly and efficiently.

  • Revenue leaks: You can now select any cell to quickly open the side drawer menu and view the stores and their downtime. You can also export that data to a CSV file.
