The POS (Lightspeed) is the source of all information. So if you want to offer products with options online, you need to create this setup in Lightspeed first, then sync with Deliverect, adjust the menu, and push the menu again.
Steps to follow
1. Go to Lightspeed> Products
2. Create the base product under the type "PRODUCT". Combinations and choices are not supported.
3. To create an additional option group, go to modifiers and click “add group” (see also Lightspeed documentation on creating modifiers).
Name: name displayed online
Multiple selection: min and max range of items that can be selected
Modificateurs: les options qui devraient être proposées dans ce groupe de modificateurs
Produits liés: les produits qui listeront ces options
Si vous souhaitez ajouter une nouvelle option à ce groupe de modificateurs, cliquez sur "+ Nouveau modificateur".
IMPORTANT: REMPLISSEZ UN PLU UNIQUE DANS LE CHAMP DE PLU DES MODIFICATEURS OU ILS NE SERONT PAS SYNCHRONISÉS AVEC DELIVERECT.
4. Lorsque tout est configuré dans Lightspeed, accédez à «Emplacements» dans Deliverect pour synchroniser les modifications apportées dans Lightspeed avec votre compte Deliverect, pour tous vos emplacements.
5. Allez dans Menus> Gérer les produits, pour ajouter le produit de base que vous avez créé dans la catégorie qui convient.
6. Go to Menus> Manage Modifiers, to add the modifier groups (upsells and options) you created. See the documentation on creating menus in Deliverect.
7. Check that the menu is complete in the menu overview, by going to Menus> Menu Overview.
8. Push your menu to your channel to update your store.
