General
We have introduced a new navigation sidebar that allows you to:
Easily switch between your existing Deliverect solutions.
Explore new Deliverect solutions to further improve your operations.
Have centralized billing, subscriptions, and invoice management.
Enterprise customers will receive this update at a later time.
Direct
Locations page: The Minimum lead time settings in the Delivery and Pickup tabs have a wider range of options.
Orders: You can now include your VAT identification number in order email confirmations. Contact our support team to configure this on your account.
Sales channels
Customers can choose to view your ordering websites in Arabic.
Sales channels are now available in multiple languages. Your customers can change from your local language to English.
Terms & Conditions links are now visible in the page's footer.
Times displayed to customers are now formatted based on their device's settings (24-hour or 12-hour with AM and PM).

The phone access code of a customer is now shared with the courier.
Pickup Manager
Orders: You can now filter orders by type.
Restaurants
DeliveryHero
Unaccounted payment issues related to self-delivery orders with delivery discounts are now resolved.
Heartland POS
The name field of an order now displays the customer name followed by the channel order number.
TCPOS
Deliverect now supports VAT index settings per fulfillment type (delivery, pickup). Contact our support team to activate this on your account.
