We advise editing products directly on your POS. If that isn't possible, edits can be made from your Deliverect account. There are two options for editing products:
From the Products page: this will alter the default values of the product on all of your menus.
From the Menus page: this will alter the product for one menu only.
In the steps below, you will learn how to make edits to products from the Menus page.
Step 1. Select Menus in your sidebar.
Step 2. Select the menu you want to update.
Step 3. Locate the product, select ••• ①, and choose Edit product ②.
Step 4. All current information about the product is displayed here. To make changes, select a field and amend the information. The image, tags, and additional information are also editable.
Values that have been edited will be marked as overridden. All overridden fields can be returned to their original values by selecting the Restore POS values button Ⓐ.
To restore one value, select the orange arrow Ⓑ.
Select the Save edits button once finished.
Do not forget to publish your menus after making changes.
