Uber Eats: Integration Overview
Uber Eats: Integration Overview
Updated over 3 months ago

With Deliverect's integration, receive orders from your Uber Eat account and have them automatically sent to your POS. You are also able to manage your menu and much more.

How it works

  1. The customer places an order on Uber Eats.

  2. The order arrives on your Uber Eats tablet to be accepted or automatically accepted if you are set up for tabletless (activation for tabletless on request).

  3. Once accepted, the order is sent to Deliverect and your POS or Delivery Manager App.

If the order is canceled on an Uber Eats tablet, the order will never be shown in Deliverect.

How to set up

Follow the steps in this article. When asked to select your online delivery platform, choose Uber Eats.

Why doesn't the sorting of Uber Eats items match that of Deliverect?

Uber Eats uses its algorithm to arrange and display items and categories. This algorithm uses factors such as prices, most ordered items, and other aspects. To change this behavior, log in to your Uber Eats Manager portal, go to Settings, and deactivate Auto-menu optimization.
