Granting customers the ability to provide their table when placing an order will decrease confusion and speed up service. Follow this article to activate this on your Online Ordering site and generate QR codes to place inside your location.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and choose Online Ordering in the sidebar.

Step 2. Select the ... button for the location ① and choose Edit theme ②.

Step 3. Select the Configure eat-in tables button at the bottom.

Step 4. Activate the Enable eat-in tables toggle. You can now choose which tables you would like to use for this functionality. If your POS has support for tables, select the Eat-in tables dropdown and choose them.

Step 5. You can now select Save to turn it on. Selecting the Download QR Codes button will provide you with a ZIP file containing QR codes for each table. You can then print them out for use in your restaurant.

When customers place an order, they will be able to choose their table. If customers scan a QR code, the correct table will be automatically entered.
