If you use a dispatch channel, you can allow customers to follow the status of their orders. Learn more in this article and find out how to activate this feature.
Order tracker info
A track order button is shown on the order confirmation screen.
The order tracker is only available for delivery orders. Pickup and other order types are not supported.
This is also shown in the confirmation email they receive.
Selecting either of these buttons takes them to the order tracker page. The current status of their order, the delivery details, and the order summary are displayed.
How to activate
Step 1. If you aren't already using Dispatch, select Dispatch in the sidebar to learn more. Our team will be in contact after you register interest.
Step 2. Once Dispatch is activated on your account, follow the steps in this article to activate it for your Online Ordering channel. From that point on, the order tracker is shown to your customers.
