What is a virtual brand?
Virtual brands are a delivery-only concept — essentially, restaurants without a storefront. Because they aren’t tied to a physical location, orders for virtual brands can be fulfilled from anywhere. Virtual brands are an exciting way to generate additional revenue for your business. You can either add your own virtual brand or explore what the Deliverect Marketplace has to offer.
You are billed for each brand you have in your account. One of our representatives will explain the pricing after you submit your request.
Add your own virtual brand
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and click on Home in the sidebar.
Step 2. In the Discover Deliverect section, click on the Add brand button.
Step 3. You are then sent to a form to confirm your contact details.
Step 4. A representative from Deliverect will be in touch with you typically within three days. The price to add locations to your account will be provided to you by the representative.
Add a virtual brand from the Deliverect Marketplace
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and open the Home page.

Step 2. In the Discover Deliverect section, click on the Discover brands button.
Step 3. Explore the virtual brands offered. The Countries list on the left can help you find virtual brands offered in your country.
Step 4. Once you have found a virtual brand you are interested in, click on the Request Access button. Fill in your details on the form that appears and click on Submit. A representative will reach out to you soon to discuss the next steps.
