The Inventory page contains the following information about your items for each location and channel:
Aisle
Channel
PLU
Price
Status
Stock
Inventories are automatically sent to your channels once synced or imported.
There are two ways of updating your inventory:
Syncing: Deliverect requests the latest inventory from your stock application or API.
Importing: Upload a CSV file that you manage manually.
Your Deliverect account manager can help you set up the syncing functionality.
To access the page, select Catalog and then Inventory in the sidebar.
Sync inventories
Select the Sync button. Your inventory will automatically update in Deliverect.
Import inventories
Step 1. Select the Import button.
Step 2. Download and use the template to ensure that items are correctly imported. Once created, choose the file from your computer.
Step 3. Select the Upload button.
