Reviews placed by your customers on your Deliverect Direct channels are found on the Reviews page.
Deliverect sends an email to your customers asking them to leave a review after their order is finalized.
How to access
Log in to Deliverect Direct. In the sidebar, hover over 
Customer Data and select Reviews.
Using the page
Reviews are presented in a list. At the top of the page, you can use filters to display reviews with a specific rating or service type. Your average rating and a review breakdown are displayed on the right.
Select Show details to view information about the order.
The following details are provided:
Order ID
Order from
Customer name
Customer phone number
Date
