Customers who place orders on your Deliverect Direct channels are stored inside your dashboard.
Visit this page to learn more about Deliverect Direct. If you are an existing Deliverect customer, you can request access by selecting Social Ordering in the sidebar ① and then selecting the Get social media ordering button ②.
How to access
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect Direct account at social-frontend.deliverect.com.
Step 2. In the sidebar, hover over Customer data and select Customers.
Features
Customer table
Every customer's name is provided with their contact details, transactions, sales, and the latest transaction date.
Use the headings at the top to filter the results.
View additional customer info
Select a customer in the table to receive more details.
The following information is displayed:
Loyalty balance
Transactions
Average sales
Total sales
Average rating
The customer's order history is available in the table.
Export customers
Select the Export report button to download a CSV file containing your customers and their contact information.
