Tap Onboarding for Deliverect Direct Payments

This information is only relevant for ChatFood customers.

As part of our efforts to enhance your experience, we’re transitioning to a new payment gateway, Tap, designed to offer faster, more secure transactions for your business.

This change will not affect your day-to-day operations or your customers’ ordering experience. Everything will continue to run smoothly on your end.

If you haven’t yet completed the onboarding process for Tap, we kindly ask you to submit the necessary documentation to ensure your payouts remain uninterrupted. The documents required include:

  • Copy of Commercial License/Registration

  • Copy of official document listing individuals owning 25% or more of the business (CR, CL, or AoA)

  • Copy of authorized signatory’s ID (front and back)

  • Copy of VAT certificate (if applicable)

  • Copy of IBAN certificate or a screenshot showing legal name and IBAN

  • Logo (optional)

Failing to provide these documents will result in the online payment method being unavailable to your customers.

Once submitted, a member of the Tap team will follow up with you directly to support the onboarding process.
