If you already have a Deliverect account and use a Facebook or Google account to log in but want to switch to using an email and password, follow the steps in this article.
Step 1. Log out of your Deliverect account and also your current authentication method (Facebook or Google). Alternatively, you can do this in a different browser or an incognito/private window (click on the link for your browser for details: Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Step 2. Go to https://www.deliverect.com/ and click on the Create an account link.
Step 3. Enter your email address and the password you want to use.
The email address has to be the same one that you use for your current authentication method (Facebook or Google).
Step 4. Click on the Continue button.
Step 5. A message will appear stating that an account already exists for that email address. Click on CONTINUE to link your existing account to your new password.
Step 6. Finally, you are asked to log in to the Facebook or Google account originally linked to your account. After doing so, you will be able to log in using the email address and password option.
